REGISTRATION: How to reserve your slot…
1. print registration form , fill it out, and mail $35 pre-registration payment per person
checks payable to “W.T.F.”
MUST BE POST MARKED BY 10/9/2009 to gaurantee slot
list names of participants and include email address for sending shuttle news
If under 18, parent or legal gaurdian must also sign W.T.F. Participant Waiver form (mail with payment or bring with you day of).

8/31/2009 – Slots still available – get your registration mailed to reserve your space! Registrations are flying in… expect we’ll probably fill up between end of September.
8/31/2009 – receiced confirmation from Transition Bicycle Company – “We will be there with 10 Bottlerockets, at least one TR450, and a new Covert.”
8/27/2009 – received confirmation from One Ghost Industries – “we’ll be there with bikes to check out!”
8/26/2009 – got all critical slots filled for volunteer responsibilities. Drivers, First aid, trail patrol, etc. Gave heads up toA&N Home Town grocery that we’ll need a truck load of sandwiches (for sale at Basic Training at noon day of the event).
8/25/2009 – confirmed DJ will be bringing sound system to play music (send PM to “Jake” via the Message board or directly to JakeS@westsidetrailfederation.org )
8/10/2009 – booked event photographer, obtained ODF event permit
